GUIDELINES FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
1. Financial assistance is available for class tuition & A.M.P. Camp only (unfortunately not for private lessons & class materials/registration).
2. The person applying for financial assistance must be:
a. Able to claim the applicable student(s) as a dependent on his/her tax return.
b. Able to produce a tax return or other document that proves income and lists all dependents.
3. If both parents live together and file taxes separately, both parents must submit their tax returns.
4. Financial assistance paperwork must be completed & approved before a student may begin a class.
The deadline to apply for financial assistance for Winter Session 2016 (instrumental classes) is Wed. Jan. 27.
The deadline to apply for financial assistance for Winter/Spring Session 2016 (Music & Movement) is Fri. Apr. 1.
