GUIDELINES FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
1. Financial assistance is available for class tuition & A.M.P. Camp only (unfortunately not for private lessons & class materials).
2. The person applying for financial assistance must be:
a. Able to claim the applicable student(s) as a dependent on his/her tax return.
b. Able to produce a tax return or other document that proves income and lists all dependents.
3. If both parents live together and file taxes separately, both parents must submit their tax returns.
4. Financial assistance paperwork must by complete & approved before a student may begin a Music & Movement class.
The deadline to apply for financial assistance for Fall Session 2015 was Wed. Oct. 7.
